Dear fellow referees,

The news has just been released that I have been elected to the position of Referee Director to the USANKF. I would like to mention that this has been a great experience for me to run against my very good friend, Mr. Cedric Barksdale, who I have known for many years and for whom I have the deepest respect.  Secondly I would like to thank you all for honoring me with your vote and your trust to be your voice.  This is a historic moment in our federation and finally we have elected representation for the referees on the board of directors. I would like to ask you to please keep in touch, to let me know your thoughts, opinions, ideas and more importantly, make me accountable in this task.  It has been said that responsibility without accountability doesn’t go far. We must have the courage and ability to make the changes necessary to achieve positive growth. We have to remember that none of us is better than all of us together and we can do great things when we all work together.
